Blue Duck Horses

Day 5. For the next week on Pixelbip I will be posting only nature photos. I’ve been nominated by Robert Chi to participate in the seven-day nature photography challenge. I need to post one photo a day for seven days and nominate one person each day to pass this along so we can flood Facebook with beautiful photos of nature.

These horses are the working horses at Blue Duck Station in New Zealand. This was one of my favorite places to stay while in NZ in spite of the fact there was no internet connection. At least there was no really affordable connection. $10 for 100mb is for emergency usage only in my opinion.

I have arrived in Jaipur. Today was a bit of a waste as far as touristing goes. However I did get in a lot of reading, research for the next couple weeks, and started looking into places to stay in Thailand. Tomorrow I will be hitting up the local bazaars, temples, and sights.

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
