Bus Station Worker

Bus Station Worker

Never a dull moment at the Phnom Penh bus station for this bus station worker. People constantly moving stuff around, loading, unloading, repairing, or just hanging out waiting for a bus. In the hour I spent while waiting for my transfer bus I walked around and shot many photos. This guy is just another of the many people working for either a bus line, or the station itself. I have no idea as no one wears uniforms of any sort.

The image was shot on my Fujifilm X100T and edited in Lightroom, and Macphun’s Tonality CK. After the black and white conversion I applied a split tone to give the image a more vintage feeling.

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
