This one is a throwback to my time in Thailand in July. Taken at my favorite mall in Chiang Mai. After a long night of working in the CAMP cyber cafe in the mall I was able to take this shot of the escalators with the mall shut down and empty. The great thing about getting work done at CAMP is that I could be surrounded by people if I was feeling lonely. The place is open 24 hours a day and serves food, wifi, and lots of power plugs. Traveling the world is lots of fun, but things can get lonely at times. The only person watching me was a super bored security guard.

Currently i’m in Edinburgh, Scotland. Loving it here. The weather is a bit cold, but right now I am enjoying that after all the tropical weather I live in normally. It’s really nice to be able to walk outside for more than 5 minutes and not be covered in sweat. In a couple days i’m renting a car and going to drive around randomly.

I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at and writing about my experiences at
