German Bakery Anjuna

I have been hanging out at the German Bakery way too much the last three days. I spend several hours here just flaked out or eating, or working on photos. Part of the reason is their Wifi is the best in the local area. And part is the food is just so damn good! Honestly as I write this I am still sitting at the Bakery. This is the third night in a row that I am closing the place out.

In this photos I laid the camera on the table and did a 30 second exposure of the main room. And I use the word Room loosely because there are no walls, and the ceiling is made of grass and vines. I processed this image only in Lightroom.

Today the day was spent at the beach in Arambula. Its about an hour by scooter north of where I am staying in Anjuna. Its a super chill beach and I got to run into a friend I have not seen in almost 16 years. Coming soon there will be photos of people walking their cows on the beach. So strange to see this and all the locals think I’m crazy for taking photos of all the cows. Go figure…

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing.
