Guinness Waterfall

Guinness Waterfall is located inside the Guinness Storehouse. This was a tough image to get as the light was so low. I was literally jammed into a corner with my elbows resting against the walls in an attempt to keep myself as steady as possible. Only lightroom was used to edit this image. The blues were very strong already but I brought up the yellows and oranges to try and get some harmony with the colors. Other than that there was just some noise reduction, and sharpening.

Last minute post here tonight. Barely got this image posted before my deadline of 1:00 am. I am just starting to put this together at midnight! It’s been a super busy day. I’m in the middle of getting my mom’s condo posted for sale. I had the carpets cleaned yesterday morning. By the time I went to bed last night I felt the carpets were still not completely dry so I set up my mattress in the front hall. Tomorrow the real estate photographer comes to take photos of the house. You may think it’s odd that I am not doing the photos myself. The person who is doing the photos has a workflow that uploads the images right to the real estate agents software. They also take laser measurements of the rooms in order to build a floor plan.

Since I have woken up today I have moved all the furniture and boxes that were stored in the kitchen back into the living room or storage respectively. I have also done a great tutorial on WordPress, and I can tell you that there are going to be some changes around this blog coming up soon. I will first be updating the Earthtokeir.com website. Once that is done I will come back here and make some changes that will make the blog look a lot more professional, and functional.

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
