Hamburg Train Station

Going back to Germany in 2014 for this image. I had the original version of this image in my “intersting images” folder for quite some time but have not gotten auround to posting it. Then I decided to mess with it a bit in Photoshop and I added some layers with textures on them. This gave the image a more sepia tone along with an older look.

The HDR was created using Photomatix Pro, final touches done in Lightroom. Sometimes an image that I look at for a long time just needs to have a little something done to it in order to see it in a new light. This one I was looking at for literally months before I decided to post it.

I am in Chicago now and at 8am tomorrow I head off to Baltimore for a few days to hang out with friends and take more photos!

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
