Resurgence Spring

This is an Artesian well along the road to Franz Josef in New Zealand. The water is so pure and delicious. I filled my drinking jug after filling my belly. Also it was raining when this shot was taken, hence the water droplets in the pool.

While this is an HDR image the water in the pool really is that deep blue colour.

The driver of this stray bus is Twinkles (they all have nicknames – yes there is a story…) Twinkles always finds the best places to pull over so I can take photos, stretch, or fill my water jug with the best water in New Zealand.

Edited with Aurora HDR Pro and Lightroom.

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
