Sihanoukville Sunset

Sihanoukville Sunset. This is the view of my sunset from last night. And now today I staying in a beach bungalow about 30 meters from where I took this photo. Sihanoukville has rain every day between 11am and Noon, roughly. The rest of the time it’s sunny, and sometimes a bit overcast. I’m looking forward to a couple days of relaxing.

Still haven’t decided about how I feel on being here off season. On the one hand there are far fewer people which is great. The downside is the excessive moisture present constantly.

The image is an HDR combination of only two photos. Extra stuff done with layers in Aurora HDR Pro, as well as Photoshop.

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
