Smoking Man

I used a couple of textures layered onto this image from the texture package that I am putting together. One of the textures is a bunch of fall leaves, and one was of a stone wall. The black and white conversion was done in camera using the FujiFilm Black and White Jpeg with Red filter added. Final cropping and vignette was done in Lightroom.

In other news the Indian Consulate has received my Visa application and passport. The Fedex package actually arrived there last Monday, but it seems it took them till Friday to open the envelope. Still, it’s on schedule. As long as I didn’t screw up the application I should have the Visa and passport back in time to depart on the 26 of November.

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
