Sunset with Travel Friends

Yesterday Pascal, Frederica, and I walked halfway to the secret beach. This is the view we were rewarded with. The only downside was we had to walk past an area where garbage is always burning. But after that the air is great. One thing about India is that people burn garbage on the street everywhere you go. At least everywhere I have been so far. The garbage is either being eaten by dogs, cows, or its burning.

This is a 5 exposure image combined using Aurora HDR Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop. Noise was reduced using Macphun Noiseless CK.

Tomorrow is another Wednesday Flea Market. My goal is to buy something. Not sure what. Another bonus is that Adrian and Ana will be joining me for the next couple days. Then we are off to Hampi where I should be able to get some good shots of temple ruins… assuming I can get my ass out of bed for sunrise.

After Hampi the loose plan is to head down to Kerala for maybe a week, then moving back up north for the last month of India. Planning to be up north for the Holi festival at the end of March.

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
