The Source

Day 3. For the next week on Pixelbip I will be posting only nature photos. I’ve been nominated by Robert Chi to participate in the seven-day nature photography challenge. I need to post one photo a day for seven days and nominate one person each day to pass this along so we can flood Facebook with beautiful photos of nature.

The real Day 3 image. This is The Source. Some of the purest water I have ever drunk. It rises icy cold from the depths of the earth and flows fourth. I would have liked to take a swim in it on the off chance that it is also the fountain of youth! And I could use some of that right about now.

This shot was take in the rain and is somewhere secret in New Zealand. I promised never to reveal where The Source is found, you just have to go there and find it yourself.

Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
