Firetruck – HDR, ISO 640, 16mm, f/7.1, 1/100th sec, Canon 5DM3, Handheld
Quick post today. This was taken on the Scott Kelby World Photo Walk in Oct 2015. This is an actual fire hall, but this ancient engine is set in a place of honor by the front window to the hall. This is Three images combined using Photomatix Pro, then final colours done in Lightroom.
Right now I’m really tired so I can’t remember if I already mentioned that I finally broke down and upgraded my Lightroom and Photoshop to CC. The upgrade went smooth, and seamless. I’m enjoying the added features and they actually do work a whole lot faster on my 13″ rMBP.
Alright then. I’m off to bed.
Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
