Oak Bay Marina
So I’m currently writing an article on Macphun’s Aurora HDR Pro software. The problem was that I have not been out shooting much lately. The work of getting the condo cleaned out in preparation of traveling has taking up a lot of my time. However today I went for lunch at the Oak Bay Marina. After lunch I took a walk around and shot some bracketed images so I would have something new to play with. Unfortunately the FujiFilm X100T only brackets +-1 stop. So while the image today is HDR, it is not as dramatic as it could be with wider bracketing on the source images.
As I go I am learning a lot more about Aurora. Consequently this is making me do corrections in what I have written. However I hope to have the article posted in the next couple days.
Growing up one of my biggest dreams was to explore the world. Honestly I never thought this would become reality. But at the end of 2014 I quit my job as a project manager to do just that. I sold most everything I own, packed up the remaining boxes in storage, and set out to see the world. My goals while traveling are to meet people everywhere I go, work on becoming a better photographer, and attempt to stay where the weather is not freezing. Along the way I am posting photos at Pixelbip.com and writing about my experiences at EarthToKeir.com
